Behind

The Second Bloom

Menopause changed more than body.

It changed the direction of my life.

What surprised me most was not the changes I was experiencing.

It was how little we talked about them.

A career built around people, communication and change.

BEFORE THE SECOND BLOOM

For more than two decades, I worked across communication, leadership, inclusion and social impact initiatives in both public and private organisations.

My work took me across countries, cultures and communities, helping organisations navigate change, strengthen inclusion and create environments where people could thrive.

That experience continues to shape everything I do today.

BEFORE THE SECOND BLOOM

THE TURNING POINT

Then came perimenopause.

Like many women, I found myself navigating changes I had never prepared myself for.

Brain fog. Loss of confidence.

Questions I could not easily answer.

The experience was deeply personal.

But it was also universal.

Menopause is not a decline.

It is an invitation.

To reconnect

To rediscover

To bloom

We need a Different Conversation

01

Menopause deserves understanding,

not silence.

For too long, it has been misunderstood and minimised.

02

There is no single way to experience this transition.

Every woman's story is unique, and it deserves to be seen, heard and respected.

03

Support should be practical, human and judgement-free.

We need spaces where women can ask questions, share honestly, and feel truly supported.
